The Wicked Witch decides she needs an army to replace the one that she lost and sets her sights on the all-female all-dancing army of General Jinjur. She lures the overworked and over-danced army of Jinjur away from her and has plans to turn their kicks destructive. Jinjur goes to Dorothy for help. They team up to create a new army to get the Witch's one away from her, but the only people they're able to recruit are Woozy and his friends. They're going to have to whip Woozy and the other animals into shape if they stand a chance of defeating the Witch's karate-kicking army.
